How to Make a Complaint

We want each homeowner who reaches Establishbiology Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to complain and what comes next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• The behavior of a provider we matched you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, usually the first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Note that Establishbiology Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or decide anything on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@establishbiology.property and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
